Project Overview

At Status Residency, the design philosophy was centered around creating a compact yet highly efficient urban housing model that delivers maximum functionality, modern lifestyle amenities, and strong project viability within a limited site area.

Each residential floor is carefully planned with 12 efficiently designed units, integrated alongside dedicated commercial spaces to create an active mixed-use environment. The project accommodates a total of 48 residential units, designed to balance affordability, comfort, and urban practicality.

To enhance the living experience beyond basic housing, the project incorporates lifestyle-oriented shared amenities including:

* Double-height entrance reception lobby

* Dedicated gymnasium

* Gaming and recreational zone

* Landscaped interactive spaces

* Green rooftop terrace for relaxation and community interaction

A strong emphasis was placed on climate-responsive landscaping and environmental comfort. Green elements were integrated throughout the project to soften the built mass, improve the visual identity of the façade, and help regulate internal microclimatic conditions during extreme summer temperatures.

The landscaping strategy works as both an aesthetic and environmental layer:

* Reducing heat absorption around built surfaces

* Improving airflow and outdoor comfort

* Creating visual relief within dense urban surroundings

* Enhancing the overall character of the development
